Purchase & Logistics

  • You can purchase all official PAWSUM products directly through the Buy section on our official website. We also have authorized resellers on major e-commerce platforms (TBA). All first-edition products are in pre-sale now and will be shipped as scheduled.

  • Currently, we support shipping to North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and other countries, with more regions to be added soon.

  • For Kickstarter-exclusive products, the official shipping time is March 2026. Shipping cost is calculated based on your shipping address and order weight. You can check the specific freight in the shopping cart before payment.

  • You can modify your shipping address for unshipped orders by contacting our official customer service (email) with your order number. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed, so please confirm your address carefully before payment.

  • After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and logistics link to your registered email. You can track the logistics status in real time through the link.

Collectible Cards

  • PAWSUM collectible cards are available in 1st Edition Starter Decks and Booster Packs (TBA) through official channels. Exclusive rare cards (e.g. Kickstarter editions) can only be obtained through events or eligible purchases.

  • Yes! PAWSUM cards are designed with play and collectibility in mind.

    The standard cards included in Starter Decks are made to play in the game, while Collector Cards are special designs meant for you to collect and trade. You can easily differentiate playable Collector Cards, such as Gift Cards, because they use the same card stock on their backs as standard cards.

  • Yes! We are already designing multiple new PAWSUM card game expansions and new Collector Cards series.

    All future product releases will be announced in advance on our official social media accounts and website.

  • We currently offer ____ playmat text

    We will also launch exclusive collectible card albums for you to store your PAWSUM cards (TBA).

Custom Pet Card

  • The My Pet Card is coated with our official cardstock coating so we recommend only using permanent markers such as Sharpies to minimize smudging. Also, adding trading card sleeves can help.

Kickstarter

  • The official PAWSUM Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign has ended successfully. For backers who missed the crowdfunding, you can order Kickstarter-exclusive products (Collector Cards sets, decks, accessories) in the Buy section, for. a limited time.

  • We will start shipping all Kickstarter rewards in Feb/March 2026. Backers can track the logistics status through the registered email (same as the crowdfunding account), and we will update the shipping progress in real time on Kickstarter and official social media.

  • Yes! Backers can contact our official customer service with their Kickstarter backer number to add official PAWSUM products (merch, squishies) to their reward order, and the extra payment and freight will be calculated separately. The add-on application is only available before the official shipping starts.

After-sales Policy

  • Please contact our official customer service (LINK HERE) within 7 days of receipt with the following information: order number, photos/videos of the wrong/damaged product, and delivery note. We will verify the information and provide solutions.

  • All sales are currently final but we welcome any feedback and do our best to resolve any issues.

  • PAWSUM fans can follow our official accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X and YouTube @PlayPAWSUM.

    You can find the official community links in the Watch+Engage section on the official website or the footer of each page, and join the community to communicate with players, collectors and get the latest news.

    Later this year, we also plan to launch an official PAWSUM community on Discord.

  • All PAWSUM squishies are made of high-quality soft rubber with non-toxic and odorless materials.

    The pillows are made of premum short plush and PP cotton filling.

    All products have passed international safety certification (CE/FDA), and are safe for both adults and children above 3 years old.

  • Yes! After the launch of the 1st Edition merchandise, we will launch new products according to player demand, including character toys, card sleeves, storage boxes, clothing and more.

    If you have suggestions for new PAWSUM products or want to see more of your favourite characters, please let us know!

  • All PAWSUM offline events (playtest sessions, fan meetings, competitions) will be announced in advance on the Watch+Engage section of this website and all official social media accounts, with an exclusive registration channel for each event.
